Stone Parapet
On this private School in Mottingham, we have undertaken as part of repair works to clean the visible stonework of courtyards and elevation. Here we can see the removal of plant material and dirt from high on the roof.
High Level Balcony
Taken at high level using safety harness and jet wash we were able to clean this visible balcony.
Stucco
Some cleaning work is required to keep stonework in good condition and maybe a requirement of building regulations. Here whilst the before to the right side of the picture is not noticeably dirty there is a real difference following a heated clean.
Jet Wash
Whilst not fully finished you can see that the entrance sign to this private estate has benefitted from a simple Jet Wash. Care should be taken on examples such as this to ensure no damage to the stone work or lettering occurs.
Dilute Chemical Clean
Here London Yellow Stocks can be seen during a cleaning process. This was a achieved using a dilute chemical clean and medium jet wash pressure. Care is exercised over loose or failing pointing.
Grafitti in Toilet Cubicles
Grafitti in toilet cubicles. Mostly FTP with biro. In the left picture you can see the start of the cleaning process towards the top of the picture which will blend in when dried.
